Week of Giveaways-Day 4

Cole ForresterHey guys-first up is yesterday’s winner-PUJA! Yes, it was Quinn. Congrats! Just email me your info :)

Oh and just because I thought it was my duty to share-that man on the left? Cole :)

Today’s contest is super easy because, well, it’s Friday and I’m wiped! How about you guys? Since I didn’t post a new contest yesterday, I will do another one tomorrow. DS is in a T-ball tournament all weekend so I might be late in posting. Also, don’t forget if you haven’t signed up for my newsletter, the big one is going out soon, filled with Red River news and contests, and the longest Evan excerpt ever ;-).

Okay-so today’s question: Do you like revisiting the same town/characters in romance or are you up for a new, fresh start every time? Here’s what I’m getting at…after Evan’s book I’m not sure I want to leave Red River yet…seems like there might be a lot more characters in Red River that need to have their stories told…what do you think? I’ll pick one random winner and announce tomorrow! The Prize? A print copy of EITHER BEST MAN or RISK + a digital copy of A RECIPE FOR ROMANCE (an awesome book!) from my good friend and talented writer, Olivia Miles. RFR-cover-189x300

Hoorah for the weekend – looks like we’re in for the hottest one of the year in the UK! I’m going controversial with my suggestion…Amanda. I love discovering more about an unpopular character. And that she was. Plus Claire needs the chance to shove that eclair in her face ;) (and I never tire of seeing that photo).

No!!! Don’t leave Red River! I’d like it if I could see something like Nora Roberts did with her Chesapeake Bay Series. The first 3 books were about the 3 brothers who looked after the 4th orphan boy afyer their dad died. The 4th took place when the youngest was grown. Maybe a book about the kids from Red River when they are grown

Good luck with tournament. I personally love when a series continues. I hate leaving the characters I’ve come to love. That also means that you have to mention the characters, so I can have a squeal moment.

I like it both ways. I like reading about familiar places and characters, but I also like reading about new places & characters. It kinda just depends on the mood I am in at the time. So, I say go for it!

I love the red river series, I love reading about the characters. We need to hear more about them and their kids.

I LOVE continuation series! The characters become family and it’s great to read bits and pieces of them in future books. I will read continuation books before other books. I just love my characters, they make the read worthwhile.
